Newest Update to Vendor Load-in:  The vendor entrance on rows C & D will be closed off at 8 AM, when the Farmers Market opens, to ensure safety of their vendors and customers.  If you are a vendor on Rows C or D, you will need to be in place (with your vehicle moved out of the event perimeters) no later than 8 AM.  Any other vendors who will be arriving after 8 AM will need to enter from Elm St. (between Rows A & B) to get to your assigned spaces. By 9:00 AM, all vehicles must be completely out of the event area. After that point, we won’t be able to allow any vehicles back in for safety reasons.

When you arrive, you’ll enter from Elm Street and exit onto Waco Street. We’ll be running a one-way traffic flow, so please follow signage and staff directions to help keep things moving safely and efficiently.

Load-in will happen in a few simple windows. Farmers Market vendors will begin at 6:00 AM. Food trucks and food vendors should plan to arrive between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM—this includes anyone with trailers, generators, or larger setups. All other vendors will load in between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

When unloading, please pull in, unload your items, and then move your vehicle right away before coming back to finish setting up. Keeping the drive lanes clear helps everyone get in and out much more quickly.
